Apex Forge is a performance-based training program. It requires consistency, basic strength capacity, and recovery discipline. It’s not meant to be random workouts—it’s a structured system where progress depends on execution.
5–6 training days per week
60–90 minutes per session
Minimum commitment: 6 weeks
No skipping strength or conditioning days consistently
